If you have never had the JW Chicken at Barbuto, you have never had chicken. This dish from Super Chef Jonathan Waxman has stood the test of time and become a New York City favorite. I just had it again recently and fell in love again with the juiciness of the meat, crispiness of the skin and the herbaceous goodness of the Salsa Verde.
I also had the side of potatoes for the first time and I have never had potatoes soooo good. How I have not had these before I don't know. These apparently are steamed, then fried and topped with Parmesan cheese. So Ono!
